Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
While we currently don’t require account creation to shop with us, you may check out as a guest. All order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to your provided email address.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
To maintain our quick processing time (1-2 business days), we’re unable to modify orders once placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist before your order enters production.

We proudly ship worldwide to nature enthusiasts everywhere, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Whether you’re in bustling Dallas or the tranquil countryside, we’ll deliver your Bijourist piece with care.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful delivery experiences:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation
Complimentary Shipping: Free for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS (our earth-conscious option)

How long does order processing take?
Each piece is hand-inspected and carefully packaged in our Dallas studio within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive dispatch confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order begins its journey to you.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For both shipping methods, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Our Standard Shipping option includes more frequent tracking updates through DHL or FedEx.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer no-hassle returns within 15 days of delivery if you’re not completely enchanted with your jewelry. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. You’re welcome to place a new order for your preferred item while your return is being processed. We find this allows for the most flexibility in selecting your perfect Bijourist piece.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Not currently, but we’re crafting this option for future seasons! In the meantime, our jewelry makes a perfect gift that can be shipped directly to your recipient with a personal note.
