At Bijourist, we want you to love your nature-inspired jewelry as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless defective
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Important: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please include your original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Dallas-based team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship to our studio at:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
