Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bijourist jewelry as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Sale items (all sale purchases are final)

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original packing slip or order confirmation

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Dallas-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, securely package the item and ship to:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
